There are SAFE WAYS, and MANY UNSAFE WAYS to work boats. Keep good watch for the very bad drivers on the water.
We provide FREE practical boat skills training for people who need more confidence in boat handling. This may also be appropriate when upgrading to a larger or different powered boat.
WE TRAVEL TO ANY HIGH SCHOOL LOCATION TO PROVIDE A SPECIAL CLASS GROUP BOAT LICENCE COURSE
- Class group fees are negotiable for each class group.
- Any student 16+ can be assessed for the full licence certificate to purchase the licence
- We require demonstration of CPR on a real person (Copy instructor chest pumping demo.)
- We request the use of a properly equipped local boats for practical skills training, l to work the whole process, launch, operate, lifejacket recovery as man overboard, discuss CPR, boat to trailer recovery.
- We can use local family boats and drivers for practical skills. We demonstrate the required activity and supervises the family boat small group testing.
- A larger commercial passenger vessel is ideal for a large class group. We could do it all on the boat. Capt. Bouc has a Master Class 4 to supervise the boat work.
- Our Boat Licence class can qualify for SACE points.
